Introducing my NEW PATTERN (eep!)..
Using my own modified version of the larksfoot stitch, I have designed this colourful blanket, full of texture, that works up quickly, & is fun to make.
I named the blanket Weeping Rainbows, after my twins – Layla & Wolf, my rainbow babies, & have dedicated the blanket to all the rainbow babies, & our babies that came before them, the ones that were too precious for this earth ❤
I was lucky to have 4 amazing pattern testers, test my pattern – Fiona @thedizzylimits, Mandy @crochetbyredagape, Kate @jellybean_junction & Rosie @bedcrafter – thank you so much for your help!! You can see their Weeping Rainbows blankets growing on their instagram feeds by clicking on their names 😍
The pattern makes a cot size baby blanket (90 x 100cm) but has calculations to make a bigger or smaller blanket, from a dolls blanket to a bedspread.
Suitable for a beginner, & with enough variation for an experienced crocheter, the pattern comes in a full colour 8 page pattern with plenty of photos & stitch instructions.
